ESCO stands for Energy Service Company, a general term for companies that provide energy services.
Projects are implemented through the "build-operate-transfer" business model without imposing any additional investment and operational obligations. During operation, significant energy savings are provided, and at the end of the agreed period, the facility is transferred with all rights and ownership.
It is defined as a contract based on guaranteeing the energy savings to be achieved after the implementation project and paying the expenses made through the savings that will be created as a result of the implementation.
A technical feasibility study is prepared by evaluating the facility's consumption criteria and the status of potential project sites. The potential gains from electricity costs are determined and an offer is presented to the customer. Service-operation periods are mutually determined and a contract is signed with the customer. Then, the facility is established in accordance with the agreed criteria and put into operation. System outputs are monitored 24/7, and the savings provided to the customer are regularly shared with them.
