You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Tres Enerji establishes and operates cogeneration, trigeneration, and renewable energy plants for businesses by covering all investment and operational costs for long-term operation.
We provide high-efficiency cogeneration and trigeneration systems where electricity and heat are produced together, meeting businesses' energy needs with up to 90% efficiency.
We provide sustainable energy solutions by establishing renewable energy facilities, primarily solar energy, without bringing additional operational costs to businesses.
We provide comprehensive technical consultancy services including site survey, data analysis, system design, savings analysis reports, and detailed engineering processes.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use our services in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our systems or interfere with other users.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You may not engage in any illegal activities, transmit harmful content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use our services to compete with our business operations.
You are responsible for ensuring that business information, energy consumption data, and technical details provided for our EPS services are accurate and up-to-date.
Our EPS services consist of analysis, system installation, operation, and maintenance phases. All investment costs are covered by Tres Enerji and a long-term service contract is signed.
Prices are specified in individual quotations and may be subject to change without prior notice. Payment terms are detailed in contracts.
System installation schedules and conditions are specified in individual contracts. We are not responsible for delays beyond our reasonable control.
EPS facilities are operated for a minimum period of 10-15 years. At the end of the contract period, the facility is transferred to the customer or a renewal agreement is made.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by Tres Enerji or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website for its intended purposes. This license does not include any resale or commercial use.
Technical information, design data, and operation procedures related to EPS systems are the property of Tres Enerji and are protected under confidentiality agreements.
Any content you submit to us becomes our property and may be used for business purposes. You warrant that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not infringe on third-party rights.
Our EPS systems are warranted according to our standard warranty terms. We warrant that our systems will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions.
Efficiency rates and energy savings targets specified for cogeneration and trigeneration systems are guaranteed in the contract.
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events.
The contract may be terminated at the end of the specified period or by mutual agreement of the parties. We reserve the right to immediate termination in case of material contract violations.
Even after contract termination, intellectual property rights, confidentiality obligations, and payment obligations continue to exist.
At the end of the normal EPS contract period, the system is transferred to the customer or renewal conditions are discussed.
These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Turkish courts.
We encourage resolution of disputes through direct communication. If informal resolution is not possible, disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration as agreed by the parties.
Commercial disputes are resolved according to Istanbul Arbitration Center rules. Arbitration decisions are final and binding.
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms.If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.
For specific product terms, warranties, and technical specifications, please refer to individual product documentation and purchase agreements. These general terms supplement but do not replace specific contractual agreements.
